Best In Show Bull Terrier Rufus was a big hit at the 2010 NYC Pet Show. Tom and Barbara Bishop are some of the few people who will ever know what it's like to win the most prestigous dog show. The Westminster chose Rufus out of thousands to be the best. The Westminster Kennel Club along with David Frei started a great program called Angel on A Leash which allows trained people and pooches to visit care facilities, schools, and hospitals all over the country.
