2001 Westminster Dog Show Winner

"JR" (Special Times Just Right) is a Bichon Frise. He was the only Bichon to ever win Best in Show at the Westminster in the 125 years it has been held (at that point- 2001) He is so funny how he was really happy and excited after he won.
